IBCHIFY provides this website, including the information, products, services and tools available through it, subject to your acceptance of these Terms of Service and the policies referenced within them.
By visiting our website, placing an order or using any part of our services, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree with these terms, you should not use the website or place an order.
Our online store is hosted by Shopify, which provides the e-commerce platform that allows us to offer our products and services to customers.
Nothing in these Terms of Service limits or excludes your statutory rights under applicable United Kingdom consumer protection law.

3. Eligibility and Acceptable Use
By using this website or placing an order, you confirm that you are legally capable of entering into a binding contract.
You must not use our website or products for unlawful, fraudulent or unauthorised purposes. You must not attempt to:
-
Interfere with the security or operation of the website
-
Introduce viruses, malicious code or other harmful material
-
Access restricted areas without authorisation
-
Collect or misuse another person’s personal information
-
Use false, misleading or fraudulent payment or identity information
-
Violate any applicable law or regulation
We may restrict or terminate access to our services where we reasonably believe these terms have been violated.
4. Product Information
We aim to ensure that product descriptions, specifications, photographs, dimensions, prices and availability are accurate and up to date.
Product colours and appearance may vary slightly depending on screen settings, lighting, manufacturing updates or packaging changes. Images are provided for illustration and identification purposes.
Before placing an order, you are responsible for checking that the product’s dimensions, fuel type, features, installation requirements and intended use are suitable for your needs and available space.
If an important product detail is unclear, please contact us before ordering.
5. Product Safety and Use
Outdoor cooking products must be used only for their intended purpose and in accordance with the manufacturer’s instructions, warnings and safety guidance.
You are responsible for:
-
Reading the supplied instructions before use
-
Using products in an appropriate and well-ventilated location
-
Following applicable fire, fuel and installation safety guidance
-
Keeping products away from children and vulnerable persons where appropriate
-
Ensuring any required assembly or installation is completed correctly
Do not use outdoor cooking equipment indoors unless the manufacturer expressly states that the product is designed and approved for indoor use.
IBCHIFY is not responsible for damage caused by misuse, unauthorised modifications, improper installation or failure to follow the supplied safety instructions. This does not affect liability that cannot legally be excluded.
6. Prices
All prices are displayed in pounds sterling unless otherwise stated.
We may update prices, promotions and product availability without notice. A price change will not affect an order that we have already accepted, except where there is an obvious pricing error.
If we discover an obvious pricing or product-information error after you place an order, we will contact you before processing it. You may confirm the order at the correct price or cancel it for a full refund.
7. Orders
Placing an order is an offer to purchase products from us. Receiving an automated order confirmation does not necessarily mean that we have accepted the order.
An order is accepted when we confirm dispatch or otherwise provide express confirmation that the order has been accepted.
We reserve the right to refuse or cancel an order for legitimate reasons, including:
-
A product being unavailable
-
Incorrect pricing or product information
-
Suspected fraud or unauthorised activity
-
Incomplete or inaccurate customer information
-
Delivery being unavailable for the supplied address
-
Quantity restrictions or suspected unauthorised resale
If payment has already been taken for an order that we cannot accept, we will issue a refund to the original payment method.
8. Customer Information
You must provide complete and accurate contact, billing and delivery information when placing an order.
You are responsible for checking your delivery address before completing checkout. Contact us immediately if you notice an error. We cannot guarantee that an address can be changed after processing or dispatch has started.
We may contact you using the email address or telephone number supplied with your order when reasonably necessary to process, verify or deliver it.
9. Payments
Available payment methods are displayed during checkout.
You confirm that:
-
You are authorised to use the chosen payment method
-
The payment and billing information supplied is accurate
-
Sufficient funds or credit are available for the transaction
Payments may be processed by third-party payment providers. Their separate terms and privacy practices may also apply.
We do not guarantee that every payment method will always be available.
10. Shipping and Delivery
We currently deliver to eligible addresses within the United Kingdom.
Our standard delivery terms are:
-
Shipping cost: Free standard UK shipping
-
Order processing: 1–2 business days
-
Transit time: 2–3 business days
-
Estimated total delivery time: 3–5 business days
-
Business days: Monday–Friday, excluding public holidays
Delivery dates are estimates rather than guarantees. Delays may occasionally occur because of carrier disruption, severe weather, public holidays, address problems, high order volumes or circumstances outside our reasonable control.
Please review our Shipping Policy for complete delivery information.
11. Delivery Responsibility
You are responsible for providing a safe, complete and accessible delivery address.
Some large or heavy products may require someone to be present to accept delivery. The carrier may contact you to arrange delivery where necessary.
If delivery cannot be completed because the address is incorrect, access is unavailable or nobody is present when attendance is required, additional delivery costs may apply where legally permitted and clearly communicated.
Risk in the products passes to you when the order is delivered to you or to a person identified by you to receive it.
12. Cancellations, Returns and Refunds
Eligible products may be returned within 30 days of delivery, subject to our Return and Refund Policy.
To request a cancellation, return, exchange or refund, contact:
Do not return a product without receiving approval and return instructions from us.
Our voluntary return terms do not limit your statutory rights where products are faulty, damaged, not as described or otherwise fail to meet applicable legal requirements.
Please read our Return and Refund Policy before returning any product.
13. Warranty and Manufacturer Support
Products may include manufacturer support or warranty coverage where stated on the relevant product page or included with the product.
Any manufacturer warranty is separate from, and does not replace, your statutory consumer rights.
Warranty coverage may not apply to damage caused by misuse, normal wear and tear, accidental damage, unauthorised alterations, incorrect installation or failure to follow the manufacturer’s instructions.
Contact us if you need help regarding a fault or warranty issue.
14. Promotions and Discount Codes
Promotions and discount codes may be subject to separate conditions, including expiry dates, product restrictions, minimum order values and limits on use.
Unless otherwise stated:
-
Discount codes cannot be exchanged for cash
-
Only one discount code may be used per order
-
Discounts cannot be applied retrospectively
-
Promotions may be changed or withdrawn before an order is placed
This does not affect orders already accepted.
15. Website Information
We work to keep our website available, secure and accurate. However, we do not guarantee that access will always be uninterrupted or error-free.
We may update, suspend or discontinue parts of the website when reasonably necessary for maintenance, security, operational or legal reasons.
Information on this website is provided for general product and shopping purposes. It should not replace professional safety, installation or technical advice where such advice is required.
16. Third-Party Services and Links
Our website may contain links to third-party websites, payment providers, delivery services or applications.
We are not responsible for third-party websites or services that we do not control. Accessing a third-party service may be subject to that provider’s own terms and privacy policy.
A third-party link does not necessarily mean that we endorse every product, statement or service offered on that website.
17. Intellectual Property
The content on this website, including the IBCHIFY name, website design, written content, graphics and original visual materials, is owned by or licensed to IBCHIFY and is protected by applicable intellectual-property law.
You may use the website for personal shopping purposes. You must not reproduce, distribute, modify, sell or commercially exploit our website content without prior written permission, except where permitted by law.
Third-party product names, trademarks and images remain the property of their respective owners.
18. Reviews and User Content
If you submit a genuine review, photograph, comment or other content, you confirm that:
-
The content is accurate and based on your genuine experience
-
You have the right to submit it
-
It does not infringe another person’s rights
-
It is not unlawful, defamatory, threatening, abusive, misleading or fraudulent
-
It does not contain malicious software or advertising spam
We may moderate or remove content that violates these requirements. We will not knowingly publish fabricated or misleading customer reviews.
19. Personal Information
Your submission and use of personal information through our website are governed by our Privacy Policy.
Please review our Privacy Policy to understand how personal information is collected, used, stored and shared.
20. Liability
Nothing in these Terms of Service excludes or limits liability where doing so would be unlawful, including liability for:
-
Death or personal injury caused by negligence
-
Fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation
-
Breach of statutory consumer rights
-
Any other liability that cannot legally be excluded or limited
Subject to the above, we are not responsible for losses that were not reasonably foreseeable when the contract was formed, or for business losses suffered by a customer purchasing wholly or mainly for business purposes.
21. Events Outside Our Control
We are not responsible for delays or failure to perform obligations caused by events outside our reasonable control.
These may include severe weather, natural disasters, transport disruption, industrial action, supply-chain interruption, government action, telecommunications failure or other similar events.
We will take reasonable steps to reduce the effect of such events and resume normal service where possible.
22. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms of Service to reflect changes to our services, operational practices or legal obligations.
The current version will be published on this page with its latest revision date. The terms applying to an order are normally those in force when the order is placed.
23. Severability
If any provision of these Terms of Service is found to be unlawful, invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue to apply.
24. No Waiver
If we do not immediately enforce a right or provision under these Terms of Service, this does not mean that we have waived that right or provision.
25. Governing Law
These Terms of Service and any contract between you and IBCHIFY are governed by the applicable laws of Scotland.
If you are a consumer living elsewhere in the United Kingdom, you continue to benefit from any mandatory protections provided by the laws applicable to you.
Nothing in these terms prevents you from bringing a claim in a court available to you under applicable consumer law.
